Just as you would use a key to unlock a safe, the DiscreetKey allows you to open and work on your secured documents.
Once the key has been taken out of the USB port, the padlock icon disappears and the document is completely unreadable to others.
- Create a document with any application such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
- Plug in your DiscreetKey.
- Drag the document onto the padlock icon and the document opens.
- Read or change the document and close the application.
- The DiscreetKey encrypts the document automatically.
